Payment (general)

The class, follow up, and materials are $150. If you have a financial situation in which you are unable to pay this full amount, you can pay the amount you are able.

If you are unable to make any payment now, you can skip the above step, but please fill out the short form below. If you are able to make a payment in the future, you can do so by choosing “Make a payment” from the Home page menu.
